CAMERA DAY is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect pack!!! This pack is perfect for the solo filmer! I have everything I need in it plus more. Its holding my Sony a6500 and ax100 along with my camera arm, fluid head, shotgun mic, 2 gopro's and all of my hunting needs. This thing rocks. Nothing else is needed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Right My brother and I do a lot of filming and we typically hunt from tree stands or blinds. This pack is great for both as it is not too big and bulky. It has several compartments and pockets which allow you to store and separate items from each other. We normally use this pack just for video equipment as it will not hold the camera gear plus a hunter's plethora of items, it is simply not large enough. The padding is amazing because we are pretty hard on our gear. It has held up to the test so far and we test our gear... Any other bag would be in shreds by now! This bag will not fit our Sony AX2000 because it is too small to fit the camera plus all of our microphones, lights, and other miscellaneous items. The bag is a work horse and will not let you down when you need it most. This thing goes with us everywhere. Scouting, hunting, riding in the passenger seat in the truck, and even on the back of our Mule -side by side. The following is a list of what we put in the bag for a normal hunting situation; Sony A7Sii Rode wireless microphones Rode shotgun microphone Full "over the ear" headphones Spare Iphone style earbuds 8 Sony A7Sii batteries Tripod Camera arm Sony 24mm - 240mm lens Fish eye lens Portable light Reflector Flash Battery charger Small external battery chargers Go Pro Hothands Although it looks like this is a ton of equipment, it packs into the bag tightly and keeps everything close so that it is all protected. Again, this bag is great if you hunt stands or blinds and you use a DSLR or mirrorless camera. We have found that if the pack is too big, we don't take it and therefore, we get nothing on film... It is just the right size!

Will this pack be available in approach camo before this fall?

Asked by: cshabe10

We will eventually have all of our packs available in Approach however, for 2016, it is just the packs that are already listed on our website as Approach. I film with DSLR's and often times carry two into the field to film with along with some GOPROs and Wireless Mics, Camera Arm or Tripod. Is the day pack enough to carry this amount of equipment along with a 3 lenses and batteries and SD Cards?

Asked by: Wild Bout Huntin
Hey Dennis, It should be, but honeslty, I would recommend trying it out. Order the Camera Day pack and then if it ends up being too small, which I don't think it will be, you can get it exchanged for the Camera Pro pack. Just make sure you don't use the pack and you keep the tags and invoice. If you have further questions, please call us at 1-800-269-1875 or shoot us an email at

I am a solofilming bowhunter. I own a Superday now and it works good but my straps broke to hold my camera arm. I need a new one fast and am going to order from Kinseys( I am an archery dealer). I don't have a huge camera Canon XA20. Which pack?

Asked by: archeryplus
If your camera is not huge, then the Camera Day should work perfectly! It really is the perfect pack to haul around your camera equipment all day long. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to call or email us at and we will gladly help you.

Does this pack have a slot for a hydration reservoir? If so, what size will it accommodate?

Asked by: Teak
The Camera Day pack does not have a built in Water Reservoir compartment. That being said, you could put one in there if you really wanted to and it would work great! If you have further questions, don't hesitate to call or email us at and we will gladly help you.
