Details

The Badlands Quiet Reaper Hunting Backpack was designed specifically for use in a tree stand, where limited space can make trying to reach for or stow gear particularly tricky. The Reaper offers an ingenious easy-open main compartment that can be operated with one hand and quickly sealed shut with a flip of the wrist. This pack is constructed of a proprietary fabric developed by Badlands called Mutex™, which is guaranteed to stay soft and quiet in even the most extreme hunting conditions. Revolutionary Mutex™ is then backed with a sound-absorbing, acoustical foam, all but muting any internal sound caused by your gear. As with all Badlands Silent Series Packs, there are also no buckles or zippers to give you away when silence matters most.

REAPER is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Going reaping !! I got this pack thinking it would be good for heavy brush hunts. I was so right. This pack is like not having anything on. It has easy access pockets and rides perfectly on the back in tight areas. Badlands knocks it out of the pack again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Day hunts for white tail. I finally got the chance to use this pack in the real world. The magnetic closure system is great. Its very quiet and doesn't have straps hanging off of it everywhere to tangle in undergrowth. I highly recommend this pack for day hunts. Its is the perfect size. My only complaint is I wish the waist strap fastened in the middle. Using one hand to attach it with gloves on is nearly impossible.

Is there a way to strap a bow comfortably to this pack?

Asked by: ChrisHeather
The Reaper is a very small pack without a frame or much support for weight. It is not designed to carry a bow. However, you could jimmy-rig it to do so, i just don't know how comfortable or functional it would be. Hi I'm wondering why no padded waist belt

Asked by: Mark 55
Hey Mark, Because of the size of this pack, you do not need a padded waist belt. Most people that use this pack don't even use the waist belt period. This pack is designed to be a quick, short day pack, not carrying a lot of weight; therefore, you do not need a padded waist belt. If you have more questions, give us a call or shoot us an email! 1-800-269-1875 or info@badlandspacks.com.

Does the Reaper have a waist belt?

Asked by: Issy hunter

That 1800 ci total volume can't possibly be correct, is it?  It's basically only a single pocket top load design and you list the main pocket as 900+ ci. Where's the other half?
