Arimid Thread:
We set out to make every link in the Badlands chain the strongest it can be starting with the thread. While most companies are looking everywhere possible to save a nickel, our obsession is making equipment you can bet your life on. That is why every product we make is first sewn together with #90 boot weight thread then it is seam taped and all stress points are then bar tacked using an Arimid thread. A single strand has the ability to lift 110 pounds and includes a price $315, or $3.18 per pound (but who's counting). When you find another company That will go to that much trouble to ensure the success of your hunt you should buy their products - Oh that's right, there isn't one.

Hypalon Stress Points:
If you want fabric to be quiet flexible and easy to manage there will be limits to its strength even with our amazing KXO-32 fabric. Which got us thinking about elk and moose (it doesn't take much). We’re thinking not so much about the animals themselves as their weight. How do you stop a fabric from tearing under that kind of stress? Hypalon son, that's where the future is. The material defies all logic. It's flexible, stays supple in cold weather, and you can tow a truck with the stuff. It will not tear under any circumstances and we are the only hunting company to use it. This is quite important when you are also the only company in the industry offering an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty on your products.

KXO-32 fabric:
We have built our products out of just about every fabric known to man. The problem is we have been known to be a bit picky when it comes to these things. We always found something we didn't like or that we thought we could improve; Either the fabric was too loud, not durable enough, or did not resist water well enough. So, as the old adage goes if you want something done right you have to do it yourself, and that is exactly what we did. The result is the new KXO-32 fabric (32 denotes how many prototype revisions we went through). It is without question the strongest, quiestest, and most durable fabric on the planet.

Pre-curved Hip Belts and Shoulder Straps:
We understand that in today's world of gigabytes and nanotechnology that backpack foam seems anything but futuristic, until now, that is. Our Research and Development Team has figured out a way to make foam have a mirror-like reflection. Does this mean you can see yourself in it? Not exactly. What this foam does is reflect the exact shape of your body, and if you ever need a quick anatomy lesson you can flip one of our packs on their back instantly you can see where your hipbones would fit where your spine concaves and convexes and when a pack fits your body correctly your blood flows better, your muscles work better, and you are happy.

Zippers
Reversed tooth zippers are the quietest in the business. They also repel dust and mud (the kiss of death for zipper teeth).

Seams
All seams are sealed and taped for the ultimate in water resistance protection and strength.

Airtrack suspension
Airtrack suspension keeps you cool and comfortable all day. The perforated foam allows air to freely transfer between you and the pack.

Hypervent Suspension
Hypervent suspension reduces heat transfer from the pack to your back. Our answer to global warming.
